What is the Card?
The card lets you collect points every time you visit The Windrose or Marina Restaurant. You can then save up these points and use them to treat yourself to any thing from a quiet drink or an entire night out at The Windrose.
How do I earn my points?
Whenever you visit The Windrose or Marina Restaurant, simply hand over your card at the till point or to the waiting staff each time you make a purchase. You will automatically be awarded a minimum of 2 points for every £1 you spend.
Bonus Scheme
Once you have earned 1500 points a bonus top up of 500 extra points are awarded (to qualify for this scheme points must not be redeemed until the bonus level is reached).
How do I know how many points I have?
Your receipt will show your current total every time you use the card. Alternatively ask a member of staff to swipe your card and tell you.
How do I redeem my points?
Each point is worth the equivalent of 1p towards any product. Therefore a pint of larger costing £2.00 will be free with 200 points. All you have to do is tell the waiting staff before you make your purchase that you will be paying with your points and present them with your card.
How do I apply?
To become a member, you can either, fill in an application form online or you can pick one up on your next visit to The Windrose. The Card will be posted out to you within 5 to 10 days.
Windrose Loyalty Card Customer Charter
The Windrose “Loyalty Card” is all about rewarding our customers for their business, as well as enjoying what we have to offer. It’s important to us that you’re happy with the service you receive. That’s why, when it comes to protecting your privacy, we created the Windrose Loyalty Card Customer Charter to show you exactly what we do with your personal details
· We would like to reassure you that your details are safe with us and will never be released to companies outside the Windrose for their marketing purposes.
· We use your personal details to send you your Loyalty Card Statement and any vouchers you’ve collected, every three months.
· We also use your details to send you offers and information on offers or events which might interest you.
· Of course, if you’ve told us you don’t want us to send you any offers and information, we will only send you your statement mailing. However, this means you could be missing out on some of the major benefits of your Loyalty Card, such as money-off coupons and exclusive offers.
· If at any time you would like us to stop sending you mailings, please let us know and we will do so immediately.
